The Knowledge Practice team is dedicated to ensuring that all stakeholders have the tools and information necessary to deliver outstanding legal services. They work to foster innovative approaches to sharing knowledge with clients, improve the firm’s overall legal service delivery processes, and incorporate new technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Your responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive research on legal, market, and industry trends, providing insights on their potential impact on practice groups and clients, and drafting documents.
Assist in the creation and coordination of legal updates, including client-facing communications such as blogs, newsletters, social media content, and more.
Support the maintenance and development of knowledge resources across practice groups, including templates, guides, and other collaborative tools.
Manage and update knowledge repositories for the Luxembourg office, ensuring that information is structured, current, and easily accessible in line with firm standards.
Collaborate with legal teams on various client-facing initiatives, such as training sessions, presentations, and other outreach efforts.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and promotion of the firm’s knowledge management systems and processes, ensuring effective feedback loops with legal professionals.
Assist with the drafting and implementation of the Luxembourg office’s knowledge management strategies.
Foster relationships across legal departments, research services, and knowledge management teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Your profile:
Proven experience of a minimum of 2 years in legal research, knowledge management, or a related field within a legal or professional services environment.
A law degree is beneficial, but relevant experience is prioritized.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information for various audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Both in English and French.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in knowledge management systems, intranet platforms, and other relevant tools.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
A proactive, collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
