The Role
We are looking for a motivated and inquisitive Legal Recruiter to join our national team. In this role, you will focus exclusively on permanent legal placements, managing lateral associate, partner, and in-house counsel searches for high-caliber clients nationwide.
What You Will Do
- Handle the full-cycle recruitment process for permanent legal roles, managing everything from the initial search to final negotiations.
- Proactively build and maintain a deep network of passive and active legal professionals, ensuring a robust pipeline for high-level lateral opportunities.
- Use our established multi-phase vetting process to ensure every candidate meets our high standards for technical excellence.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing a professional and consultative experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay active in the legal community to identify emerging talent and practice trends across the country.
Who You Are
- You have a background in the legal industry, perhaps as a practicing attorney, a paralegal, or an experienced recruiter who understands the nuances of different practice areas.
- You are self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
- You possess a natural curiosity and enjoy digging deep to understand a candidate’s true career goals and motivations.
- You have the professional polish necessary to interface with high-level legal talent and sophisticated clients.
