Innovative Driven (“ID”) is currently seeking to add a Legal Recruiter to our dynamic team! We are looking for talented, energetic individuals who have a passion for people and a strong interest in recruiting.

Our Specialized Legal Recruiters are responsible for working as a team to source and place qualified professionals in temporary and permanent positions at our corporate and global law firm clients. Our team also recruits for and fills internal roles at Innovative Driven. The role reports to the Director, Specialized Recruiting.

Job Duties:

• Complete the full cycle of recruiting for various roles, many of which will be in the legal industry, including sourcing passive talent using online resources such as LinkedIn and Indeed, conducting phone screens and Zoom interviews

• Attend and conduct meetings with hiring managers, both internal and external, to gather the necessary information for each talent search

• Post ads for candidates, screen resumes from the applicant pool, and determine viable candidates to interview and potentially submit for open positions

• Work to fill open jobs in a timely manner, while communicating and collaborating with the team

• Enter all necessary information into the database in a timely manner and take responsibility for keeping all electronic files in an orderly manner

• Present qualified candidates to internal hiring managers and external clients, via email, using concise yet descriptive explanations of how each person meets the requirements and expectations for the role

• Build strong, authentic working relationships with clients and candidates

• Prioritize daily tasks regarding open jobs, talent sourcing, candidate screening calls and interviews

• Discern and decide if each candidate meets the requirements and “checks the boxes” for the role

• Manage day-to-day candidate needs such as resume advice and interview preparation

• Field candidate outreach regarding placements, questions/concerns

• Troubleshoot, problem solve, and provide quality control for billing and placement protocols

• Complete administrative and project-based initiatives, as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required

• 2+ years of experience in a professional corporate or law firm environment is required, with prior recruitment experience preferred

• Prior legal recruiting experience is a huge plus

• Demonstrated commitment to a career in recruiting

• Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

• Demonstrated ability to work comfortably as an independent/individual contributor as well as a team player on a fully remote, collaborative team.
