We are looking for a skilled Contract Legal Recruiter to help us identify and hire top-tier legal talent, including compliance professionals, and legal operations specialists, to support our expanding business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle legal recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, for contract and full-time legal roles.
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand legal hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
Source and attract top legal talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, legal job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
Screen and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for both legal expertise and company culture.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies, particularly around confidentiality and legal hiring best practices.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Support employer branding initiatives within the legal community to enhance our reputation as a top employer for legal professionals.
Qualifications:
Experience:Â 1+ years of legal recruiting experience, preferably in a tech company, legal search firm, or corporate legal department.
Industry Knowledge:Â Strong understanding of legal roles, including corporate law, privacy, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Tech-Savvy:Â Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Communication Skills:Â Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and attract top legal talent.
Detail-Oriented:Â Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Flexibility:Â Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for in-house legal teams in the tech industry.
Knowledge of legal hiring trends and best practices.
Familiarity with employment laws and hiring compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
