Location: New York City Metropolitan Area
National law firm is hiring a Legal Recruiter to join their midtown Manhattan office.
The ideal candidate is an organized and adaptable professional with:
- 3+ years of attorney recruiting experience
- Partner-level recruiting experience, strongly preferred
- The ability to manage a high-volume workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist with lateral recruitment across all offices
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Manage candidate records
- Respond to candidate inquiries
- Initiate conflicts checks, prepare offer letters, and provide onboarding support
- Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:

- Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week in office, 2 days/week remote
