Carr Allison, a Southeastern regional law firm, currently has an opening for an IN-HOUSE LEGAL RECRUITER.
This individual will assist and enhance the law office with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
All recruiting for Attorneys.
Scheduling, coordinating, and conducting interviews alongside attorneys.
All posting and preparation of advertisements for open attorney positions throughout the firm.
Coordinating any recruiting events that may be beneficial.
Coordinating with attorneys on staffing as it relates to attorney needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
Individuals must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, and proficient computer skills.
Ability to work independently and multi-task with time-sensitive work.
Proactive and highly professional.
Positive attitude and ability to work exceptionally well with attorneys and candidates.
Recruiting experience in the legal profession of 3 to 5 years.
