Example Of Duties
Primary duties include supporting attorneys by preparing, proofreading, and filing documents in Idaho’s state and federal courts; managing attorney calendars and deadlines; preparing documents; assisting with supporting Board meetings and public hearings; maintaining case files and other records; and completing any other administrative task that furthers the goals of the Division.
Minimum Qualifications
Some knowledge of supervisory practices.
Experience: records management; interpreting, applying or explaining state or federal laws, rules, and policies; researching and reviewing legal documents for compliance with laws and to identify and resolve complex issues (e.g. court orders, contracts, ownership, deeds, trusts, tax returns); creating correspondence and documents using word processing software.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in reviewing applications and supporting information and determining whether qualifications have been met
Experience providing excellent customer service
Experience assisting in drafting letters, memos, and reports
Experience collaborating with leaders from other agencies or stakeholder groups
