Legal & Records Control Specialist Jobs in Henderson, NV at Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners
We are a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trusteeship located in the heart of Downtown Phoenix looking to add a full-time Filing Clerk/Receptionist. We are looking for someone skilled in effective communication both in writing and over the phone, who shows a strong attention to detail and is able to efficiently manage their time while performing multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous work in an office setting is required, experience in bankruptcy or other legal setting is preferred.
Your Responsibilities:
Filing legal pleadings electronically with the US Bankruptcy Court
Preparing mailings and noticing of pleadings
Answering and returning phone calls and emails
Entering new cases into the system and preparing new case files
Helping process the daily mail
Maintaining the file room
Additional tasks as needed
Your Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail oriented
Dependable and self-motivated
Previous experience in data entry or other relatable office setting required
Previous experience in a legal setting preferred

Compensation depends on experience. A Pre-employment background check will be performed.
