Legal Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Jobs in Boca Raton, FL at Chasing Connections

Clearwater Law Office is seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our firm. Experience is preferred. Duties will primarily consist of reviewing payment ledgers, preparing correspondence, and performing title searches in addition to some administrative tasks.

Duties:

Prepare and process legal pleadings and correspondence.

Prepare and review title searches/official records.

Preparing Demand Letters

Qualifications:

Must exhibit intermediate analytical skills.

Must demonstrate intermediate ability to multitask, be detail oriented and possess the ability to work independently while handling a variety of responsibilities.

Be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally with co-workers, lawyers and clients.

Must be comfortable with phone communication.

Must be computer proficient: Office products

Local candidates and those with some Homeowners Association/Condominium Association Collections and/or Legal experience will receive first consideration. Please submit resume and salary requirements.
