Job Details:
We are seeking an experiencedlegal assistant who will primarily support our corporate and employment law teams. Our ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, personable, technologically savvy, and has strong communication skills. The candidate must be a team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment with little direction, while maintaining strict confidentiality in all matters. Legal or professional services experience is required.
Anticipated compensation is $55,000-75,000, and we offer a competitive benefits package.

Communicate with clients
Interact with a variety of people

Provide calendar and scheduling support
Organize and track matters and related tasks
Implement and refine processes and procedures
Prepare correspondence
Proofread documents
Prepare redlines
Perform conflict checks
Prepare engagement agreements
Prepare PowerPoint presentations
