Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bangkok, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Legal & Project Management Specialist will support the company’s legal operations by reviewing, drafting, and coordinating contracts and legal documents under supervision of senior legal staff or external counsel. This role will manage and monitor cross-functional projects, including planning timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking deliverables and risk items. The specialist will assist in ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, and help maintain accurate legal and project records. Daily responsibilities include liaising with internal departments and external partners, preparing reports and presentations, supporting audits or regulatory inquiries, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and governance.

Qualifications

  • Strong legal knowledge in areas such as commercial contracts, corporate law, and regulatory compliance, preferably within Thailand.
  • Proficiency in project management, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk or issue tracking.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and documentation abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai, including the ability to prepare clear reports, summaries, and presentations.
  • High level of organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace); experience with project management or contract management tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business, Management, or a related field; legal qualifications or professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) are a plus.
  • Experience in a multinational or technology-focused organization is beneficial, especially in imaging, healthcare, or related industries.
