Job Summary:
This is a remote contract role for an Experienced Florida Title Agent. The candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing our title operations from the ground up. This includes setting up title processes, training our team on title procedures, and managing title transactions from start to finish using Qualia. The role involves hands-on training delivery, process documentation, and direct file management to help launch our title operations. Compensation is structured on a per-file basis. The candidate must be able to work efficiently and provide comprehensive training to bring our team up to speed quickly. The title agent will work closely with our team to ensure smooth and efficient title processes are established and maintained.
This role will start as a contract position with potential for ongoing collaboration as our title operations grow.
Qualifications
At least ten (10) years experience as a Florida title agent with both commercial and residential title experience
Extensive experience with Qualia title software platform
Must be very responsive and able to work efficiently on a per-file basis
Proven experience in training and mentoring title teams
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and training abilities
Ability to work independently and remotely
Comprehensive knowledge of Florida title laws and regulations
Experience setting up title operations and processes from scratch
