Livgard, Lloyd & Christel, a full service civil law firm located in Minneapolis near the U of M campus, has an immediate opening for an intake specialist for our expanding Social Security and long term disability practices.
The position involves gathering information from prospective clients regarding education, work and medical histories as well as engaging in timely follow up with potential clients to secure the return of intake paperwork. Our ideal candidate will have superior telephone skills and have the capacity to learn the Social Security disability process in order to answer questions and give callers confidence in our firm’s ability to handle their claims. Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat software and strong computer skills are a requirement for this position.
This is a hybrid position with the majority of time working from home and one to two days a week working in the office. Benefits include employer paid medical insurance, paid time off and participation in Simple IRA retirement plan with an employer match.
