Summary
We’re working on an international project. It involves a sui generis contract structure with multiple parties across different jurisdictions. We want a legal partner, but we’re it’s equity only.
Role responsibilities:
The Legal Partner will provide strategic legal services including, but not limited to:
• drafting, reviewing, representing and advising on contracts, legal documents;
• corporate structuring and governance;
• legal risk assessment;
• strategic legal input on the company’s projects;
• investor negotiations;
• compliance;
• shareholder matters;
• strategic negotiations; and
• any additional legal services are mutually agreed by the Parties.

Qualifications
- Strong educational foundation in international and business law.
- Experience drafting commercial agreements, partnership contracts, NDAs, and licensing arrangement.
