Exciting opportunity for a Legal PA Team Leader to join a prestigious international law firm! This hybrid role offers a fantastic mix of leadership and hands-on support, managing a team of PAs while also providing direct assistance to fee earners within the litigation team.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need proven team leader experience and a strong background in litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
Hold one-to-one meetings with PAs/TAs to monitor performance, provide feedback, and offer support
Oversee absence management and ensure adequate fee earner cover
Conduct performance appraisals and manage performance-related matters
Work closely with HR on salary reviews and recruitment, including interviewing candidates
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
PA & Administrative Support
Diary management and scheduling
Assist with marketing and business development activities
Support with time recording, billing, and expense processing
Arrange travel and itineraries
Draft standard documents and correspondence
About You:
✔ Extensive Legal PA experience within a litigation practice group
✔ Previous team leader experience, including conducting appraisals and managing performance
✔ Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach
