Legal PA – Real Estate | London | Hybrid (3:2) Up to £49,000 Bonus Excellent Benefits A leading City-based professional services firm is seeking an experienced Legal PA to support Partners and fee earners within a busy Real Estate team . This is a newly created role within a well-established and supportive PA team.
Key Responsibilities Proactive diary, inbox, and travel management Coordinating meetings, events, and client interactions Supporting billing, matter management, and compliance processes Assisting with pitches, reports, and document production Liaising with internal teams including Finance and Business Development What’s on Offer Salary up to £49,000 bonus Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 home) Onsite gym free classes Strong team support and progression opportunities Comprehensive benefits package About You Minimum 3 years’ Legal PA experience (Real Estate essential) Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator with excellent MS Office skills Proactive, adaptable, and team-focused
