We are supporting a Top 50 law firm who are seeking a skilled Legal PA to join its Corporate team. The successful candidate will provide high-level PA and secretarial support to Partners and Legal Advisors, working within a collaborative and well-regarded team.
The Role
This position requires a proactive and highly organised individual who can efficiently manage diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, handle billing processes, and assist with document production. Strong communication and administrative skills are essential to ensure seamless support for the team.
Key Responsibilities
Full diary management and scheduling meetings
Assisting with billing guides, invoice preparation, and financial transactions
Managing and filing emails and client correspondence
Preparing and formatting legal documents, reports, and client updates
Coordinating client and matter inception, including compliance checks
Organising travel arrangements for legal advisors
Answering telephone inquiries and liaising with clients
Managing document filing, archiving, and general administrative tasks
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a PA or administrative role within Corporate, a similar legal practice area, or a professional services firm
Excellent document production skills, particularly in Microsoft Word
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
High attention to detail and accuracy in correspondence and documentation
Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
