Scope of Work
Title: Legal Operations Analyst
Years of Experience: 3+
Location: Remote
Hourly Pay Rate: $50 – $60 / hour
Type of Arrangement: Secondment
Specific work to be done / specific experience required:
Contracting – working with commercial counsel and sales staff to support deal flow and execution
Program management experience – e.g. this person is comfortable making recommendations and executing process changes
Ironclad experience – hands on experience building workflows, troubleshooting, debugging, etc.
Light review of docs – NDAs, light commercial agreements
General support for other legal functions
