A leading travel arrangements company is seeking a Legal Operations Support Specialist to support their Legal & Corporate Affairs team in their London office.

This is a hybrid (London, UK), part-time (20 hours per week), contract role with a 9 month initial term.

Hours: 20 Hours / Week

Duration: 9 Months (From 4/21/2025 until 1/31/2026)

Pay Rate: $80 – $98 (US) / hr

Job description:

The Legal Operations Support Specialist supports the company’s Legal & Corporate Affairs Global Legal team, with a focus on the London office and EMEA-based leaders

Collaborates with attorneys and others; triage, resourcing, task prioritization, identifies process issues, and finds solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the Legal department.

Manage the legal department intranet and monthly bulletin via collaboration platforms (SharePoint/Slack channels)

Perform updates to other sites as directed – typically privacy content on the public legal center website (Drupal)

Support communications and training for legal platforms and tech tools

Develops an understanding of areas where efficiency and process improvement are needed within own work area; uses established tools and techniques to track progress related to implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

Experience: ~3 years

Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience

Prior experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, or government legal system helpful

Functional/ Technical Skills:

Project Management

Communication / Change Management

Documentation / Technical Writing / Graphic Design

Process Improvement

Very proficient with Microsoft Office 365, especially SharePoint, Word, MS Forms, PowerPoint, etc. Experience with legal systems and web content management generally will also be helpful.

Experience with creating, tracking, and reporting metrics.

Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and handle internal and external contacts professionally with tact and sensitivity.

Must be disciplined and have excellent time management skills; demonstrate personal responsibility and accountability.

Must have strong interpersonal skills, as well as exemplary follow-up organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information.
