Role mission
Reporting directly to the COO, the Legal Operations Specialist will support and improve ZYMVOL®’s legal and corporate operations, with a strong focus on contract management, documentation workflows, compliance follow-up and coordination with internal teams and external legal counsel.
This role will be key to ensuring that legal, corporate and compliance processes are well organized, efficient and scalable as the company continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Manage NDA/CDA workflows, standard agreements, SOWs and signature processes.
- Support contract administration, including initial reviews, deadline tracking, obligations, renewals and escalation of non-standard or high-risk clauses.
- Maintain organized contract repositories, legal documentation systems and internal documentation workflows.
- Support investor and due diligence processes, including data room management and document coordination.
- Coordinate corporate documentation and governance-related processes, including powers of attorney, certificates, board and shareholder documentation.
- Support compliance-related activities, including GDPR, ISO and internal policy documentation.
- Assist with trademark, patent and other IP-related administrative processes in coordination with external counsel.
- Coordinate legal requests and follow-up across internal teams and external advisors.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal operations processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a paralegal, legal operations or corporate legal support role.
- Experience managing legal documentation, contracts and repositories.
- Experience supporting due diligence processes and investment rounds, including data room preparation and investor documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
