Responsibilities:
Streamline and manage daytoday legal department operations workflows and
resource allocation
Implement and maintain legal tech tools (CLM systems matter management platforms etc.)Develop and monitor departmental budgets financial planning and vendor spend
Oversee relationships with external legal service providers negotiate fees and track performance
Track and report on legal KPIs compliance metrics and operational dashboards
Standardize legal processes and support legal risk mitigation efforts across departments
Facilitate internal audits and ensure alignment with corporate governance standards
Support knowledge management and training initiatives within the legal team Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration or a related field (JD or LLB a plus)
Minimum 5 years experience in legal operations compliance or legal
project management
Strong understanding of legal process automation CLM systems and governance frameworks
Budgeting financial reporting and vendor management experience
Highly organized with strong analytical
communication
and
project management
skills
Experience in UAE or GCC legal and regulatory environment is preferred
