We are looking for a Legal & Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a legal background who enjoys new technologies, operational challenges, client interaction, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of document templates used by our clients.
- Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Assist clients with their ongoing needs, providing responsive and accurate guidance through our platform.
- Provide innovative solutions to help our clients with their challenges.
- Perform functional testing of the platform and collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure the continuous improvement of our software and services.
- Deliver product demonstrations to clients, and support the sales team during pitches and pre-sales activities.
- Participate in operational projects focused on improving document management and client workflows.
Your Profile
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a law firm, corporate service provider, investment fund, or financial institution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a client-facing role.
- Interest in technology, legal operations, and process optimisation.
- Bonus: proficiency in French and/or German.
