About The Role

We’re a small but mighty private practice law firm specializing in landlord-tenant law and eviction cases across Arizona. As the firm continues to grow, we’re looking for a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to help take work off the founder’s plate and support both legal and administrative operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute to process improvements within a flexible, evolving work environment.

You’ll play a key role in organizing documents, handling client communications, supporting our in-office admin team member, and helping the founder transition the office from paper to a more paper-lite system. We’re investing in automation and AI tools to streamline tasks, so we’re looking for someone who is open-minded, adaptable, and excited about new technology.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage legal documents related to eviction cases

Organize and maintain digital case files, including renaming files and ensuring consistency in our CRM

Handle client communications via email and phone

Provide regular updates to clients regarding case progress

Assist with general admin tasks and support the in-office administrator

Help the founder with data entry and file cleanup

Perform basic calculations (e.g., late fees, attorney fees)

Review lease documents and extract relevant details

Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and workflows

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or legal support role

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

High attention to detail and ability to follow legal procedures and protocols

Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.)

Familiarity with CRMs or legal tech platforms is a plus

Spanish fluency is a bonus, but not required

Independent, self-starting mindset—someone who thrives in a flexible, evolving role
