Responsibilities
- Manage the third-party vendor inventory and vendor lifecycle within OneTrust
- Conduct vendor risk assessments and track remediation activities
- Coordinate outreach to vendors for Data Protection Agreements (DPAs), AI-related contract addendums, and security reviews
- Apply standard contract redlines and escalate non-standard terms as needed
- Configure and manage automated compliance and risk assessment workflows
- Collect, review, and maintain Data Protection Agreements across the vendor portfolio
- Perform initial privacy impact screening and escalate items requiring additional review
- Coordinate with external privacy consultants and internal stakeholders to document data flows and processing activities
- Build and maintain a searchable repository of customer agreements
- Review and categorize contract obligations, including data privacy, intellectual property, indemnification, and notification requirements
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to review and organize contracts
- Respond to contract-related questions from Sales and Customer Success teams
- Prepare contract redlines, route agreements for review, and support signature workflows
- Execute recurring compliance communications and policy notifications
- Support third-party risk management activities, including annual reviews, screening processes, and access tracking
- Monitor compliance program milestones and follow up with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in legal operations, contract administration, vendor compliance, third-party risk management, or privacy program support
- Experience working with a GRC or privacy platform such as OneTrust, Archer, or LogicGate
- Working knowledge of frameworks such as SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, or CCPA
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive tasks to completion through consistent follow-up
- Ability to review contracts and identify key business and compliance provisions
- Experience using Microsoft Word tracked changes and document redlining tools
Preferred
- Experience working within SaaS
- Experience supporting in-house legal, compliance, privacy, or risk management programs
- Contract lifecycle management (CLM) experience
- Experience using AI-powered contract review or compliance tools
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, CIPP, CRCM, CTPRP, CISA, or CISM
- Paralegal certificate or related legal operations training
- Experience supporting vendor risk management, privacy, or governance programs
Compensation
- $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
