Join IperionX’s dynamic legal team as a Paralegal, where you will play a crucial role in supporting transaction documentation, SEC filings, and compliance activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to engage in a variety of tasks that are essential to our operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree.
A minimum of two years of paralegal experience, ideally with a public company.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to multitask.
Responsibilities/Objectives will include, but not limited to:
Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team on a wide range of real estate and commercial transactions.
Assist in maintaining and updating corporate legal calendar to track renewals, updates and notification requirements for existing agreements.
Prepare and organize legal documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate filing activities for an SEC and ASX dual-registrant public company.
Conduct research on legal and regulatory issues relevant to the business.
Work and collaborate with internal business departments.
