Roles & responsibilities:
Scrutinizing property titles ; vetting of property papers
Review and Approving of Legal Report
Branch Visit and training to local Sales team for legal process
Preparing Internal Legal Scrutiny reports. External Vendor management
Physically visit the authorities for verification of mortgage property in case of any doubt
Tracking/Maintain Legal MIS’s, legal initiation to vendors and file disbursement process
Skills and Qualifications:
Fresher or minimum 6 month experience PQE
Must be Law graduate
Good communication skills.
Well verse with operations and technologies.
