We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Officer to join our legal team in a dynamic real estate entity in the UAE market. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing legal support across a variety of real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with local regulations. As part of a growing legal team, you will report directly to the Head of Legal Department and collaborate closely with other departments to support the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities

Draft and review real estate contracts and legal agreements, ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations.

Negotiate contract terms with external parties such as developers, tenants, and suppliers.

Follow up on legal cases and report on the status of legal matters to the management or group.

Ensure the company’s compliance with all relevant local and international real estate laws and regulations.

Handle legal matters through collaboration with external lawyers, consultants, and government bodies.

Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of legal documentation.

Support corporate governance and compliance matters, ensuring the entity adheres to its obligations under UAE law.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on real estate in the UAE or the region.

Strong experience in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, as well as compliance with local laws and regulations.

Solid knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in the UAE.

Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to negotiate effectively.

Ability to work under pressure and make quick, accurate legal decisions.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Ability to join immediately.
