Job Description
Review all the legislation cases assigned to you as a team leader, ensuring all relevant attachments are available, and research and document all technical procedures and legislation related to each case.
Collaborate with the assigned team to prepare draft local or federal legislation proposed by Dubai Government Entities.
Consider feedback from Dubai Government Entities on draft federal legislation and provide relevant legal remarks.
Participate in reviewing international MOUs and treaties/agreements referred to the SLC by Dubai or federal authorities, and follow up for endorsement.
Assist in preparing and drafting legal and explanatory memoranda on legislation in force in Dubai, as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
