About the Role
Beryl8 Plus is Thailand's leading Salesforce consulting partner, helping enterprises transform how they engage their customers. We're growing our Legal function and looking for a Legal Officer to support contracts, compliance, and legal advisory across the business.
What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and prepare contracts, legal documents, and government filings, providing clear feedback and recommendations
- Provide legal advice across a range of legal areas to support day-to-day business operations
- Manage the end-to-end contract management process in line with company policies and applicable regulations
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments to ensure ongoing compliance with Thai law
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to complete legal matters accurately and on time
- Support administrative tasks and other legal duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- 2–3 years of experience as a Legal Officer or in an equivalent legal role
- Working knowledge of Commercial Law, Criminal Law, PDPA, and Tax Law
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize across multiple matters
- Eager to learn, open-minded, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Lawyer License is a plus
