We are looking for a Legal Officer who can help build and manage the legal foundation of the organization while supporting long-term scalability, compliance, partnerships, and operational protection.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage legal documentation, agreements, contracts, NDAs, compliance processes, and operational legal frameworks across the organization.
- Support company structuring, policy development, partnership agreements, healthcare-related compliance, and future regulatory planning.
- Work closely with leadership on risk management, intellectual property protection, operational policies, and business expansion frameworks.
- Review vendor, consultant, employee, partnership, and strategic collaboration agreements to ensure organizational protection and clarity.
- Help build scalable legal systems and governance structures for future growth, fundraising, technology integration, and multi-service healthcare operations.
