- Providing legal advice and opinions
- Monitoring the dispute resolution process and to ensure compliance
- Providing administrative & project support involving legal matters
- Conducting research in all legal fields of interest of the company and promptly respond to legal issues /concerns
- Ensuring all transaction, operations, policies and procedures of the PFF are valid, binding and enforceableunder any court of law
- Reviewing / drafting contracts, memoranda, office orders, and other corporate documents
- Updating, managing & securing the integrity of documentation
- Ensuring that the companys interests are protected under the law
- Establishing / improving and upholding company policies, guidelines, procedures, etc.
- Performing other functions as may be required by the PFF Management
- Take charge of PFF legal and compliance before government agencies
- Provide legal advice to PFF officials on football-related legal or regulatory issues, such as complying with FIFA and APC or PFF policies, rules and regulations and adoption and implementation of PFF policies.
- Act as compliance officer in respect of PFF compliance with applicable governmental regulations.
- Liaise and coordinate with external counsels and government agencies or bodies in cases or matters affecting or involving PFF.
- Abide by and comply with the rules and regulations of PFF.
- Travel outside PFF office or outside Metro Manila or outside the Philippines if needed.
- Willing to be assigned to the Pasig area.
- The company will be transferred to Carmona, Cavite, by middle of this year
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, in Political Science, Business Studies, Administration, Legal Management, Secretarial, or any equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of work experience in the related field
- Experience as a paralegal is an advantage
- Computer proficient and knowledgeable in MS Office
- Fluent in the English language (written and oral)
