We are currently looking for a Legal Officer to join our team in Breda.
💼 Your role
As a Legal Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the legal and corporate governance needs of our clients. You’ll ensure compliance, maintain high service standards, and act as a trusted partner to both clients and internal stakeholders.
✅ What you’ll be doing
Support corporate entities with incorporations, restructurings, and liquidations
Draft and maintain legal documents (resolutions, agreements, statutory records)
Ensure compliance with Dutch regulations and internal policies
Assist with KYC, due diligence, and client onboarding
Liaise with clients, regulators, advisors, and internal teams
Monitor legal developments and assess impact
Maintain accurate corporate records and databases
Handle client queries in a professional and timely manner
🎓 What you bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (or related field)
2–5 years’ experience in legal/corporate or financial services
Knowledge of Dutch corporate law is a strong plus
Experience with corporate governance/entity management
Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
