Job Mission:
To protect the company’s interests through litigation management, contract drafting and administration, legal advisory, risk management, legal due diligence, and ensuring legal aspects of personal data protection are fulfilled in all operational and strategic activities of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle company legal disputes, including preparing legal documents, representing the company in court, and coordinating with external counsel when necessary.
Design, review, and negotiate business contracts with various parties (vendors, partners, customers, employees) to ensure maximum protection of company interests.
Develop standardized contracts and comprehensive business agreement templates to ensure consistency and optimal protection.
Conduct legal due diligence on potential business agreements, acquisitions, mergers, or investments to identify legal risks.
Manage company legal risks by identifying potential issues, providing preventive recommendations, and ensuring implementation of protective clauses in every contract.
Provide legal advice regarding personal data protection, including ensuring compliance of contracts and agreements with applicable personal data protection laws.
Provide consultation and legal advice to all departments regarding legal issues and implementation of business contracts to support company operations.
Document all legal documents systematically and build relationships with external parties in the context of litigation, as well as provide training related to legal aspects of data protection and contract law.
Requirements:
Law degree with specialization in corporate/business law;
Minimum 3 years of experience in legal or litigation, preferably in payment systems, banking, or financial services industry;
Strong understanding in legal drafting, business law, data protect regulations, and legal review
