Legal Officer

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Legal Officer to safeguard our legal interests and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents.
  • Ensure legal compliance and manage corporate risk across all operations.
  • Provide expert legal counsel to support business decisions and strategy.
  • Liaise with state agencies, external counsel, and the Group’s Legal Director

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Corporate, Commercial, Labor, Real Estate and retail-related Law.
  • Excellent skills in drafting contracts and professional proficiency in English.
