Job descriptions (JD)

Review and draft correspondence, complex commercial agreements, notices, letters and legal documents.

Handle requests for legal opinions and provide recommendations for legislative interventions.

Negotiate with external parties in part of a contract process and a claim process as appropriated.

Manage confidential information and correspondence.

Maintain a systematic filing system, including a comprehensive database for current and archived files.

Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings

Taking care of the rules, work regulations and compliance policies.

Contacting and preparing documents for any further actions of the company with government agencies and/or private sections.

Be Legal representatives in any legal matters.

Handle Ad-hoc as assigned.

Qualification

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Law. Thai bar is a plus.

At least 3 years of experience in legal works or similar roles.

At least 3 years of experience in liaising with both private and government agencies are an advantage.

A lawyer license will be considered an advantage.

Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to draft and review legal contracts and documents in English.

Critical thinking, negotiation skill, and a strong communication skills, with the ability to explain and clarify legal matters.

Strong understanding of Thai laws and regulations.

Knowledge of legal procedures and case proceedings is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with prioritization skills.

Detail-oriented and able to handle urgent issues effectively.

Ability to conduct legal research efficiently.

Honest, responsible, and ethical in performing job duties.

Good logical thinking and service mind.

Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Computer literate (MS Office, MS Outlooks, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint or etc.)
