Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Officer located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal advice and support in business law, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with contract law. Daily tasks include conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing legal consulting services to various departments within the company.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
Experience minimal 2-3 years as a legal professional in the mining industry
Experience in Legal Document Preparation and permits
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
