Title: Legal Officer

The position is primarily responsible for assisting the Department and Division Head in all legal functions.
Legal Representation: Appears in court and administrative agencies on a limited basis, collects legal data, and reviews legal publications to support legal defense.
Investigation Management: Coordinates and manages administrative investigations, responds to queries, and prepares investigation reports.
Legal Research & Case Development: Evaluates case facts, conducts legal research, coordinates evidence gathering, and drafts simple legal pleadings.
Documentation & Reporting: Creates legal research reports, prepares RCLs, drafts contracts and memos, and handles other documentation.
Qualification:
Candidate must complete at least a total of 36 units for the Juris Doctor degree
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
