Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Litigation Of Counsel Attorney to join our legal team on a per diem/as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in probate litigation, strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to manage complex litigation cases with minimal supervision. Expertise in probate litigation and estate disputes, along with a passion for delivering high-quality legal services, is essential. The Attorney must be licensed in, and in good standing with, the New Jersey State Bar.
