Our reputable law firm is seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Assistant / Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office support and dictation skills.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to attorney and paralegals.

Transcribe digital dictation a/k/a dictaphone transcription.

Maintain client files and records, ensuring that all information is accurately documented in client files.

Answer incoming calls, greet clients and visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person within the law firm.

Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings for attorney and paralegals.

Assist with filing documents, organizing client files, and managing deadlines

Order office supplies and ensure the overall organization of the office environment.

Qualifications

Proficient in digital dictation transcription.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient with Outlook.
