Harrity & Harrity, LLP employs superstar patent professionals to draft and prosecute patent applications for leading global technology companies. We are currently looking for experienced patent attorneys or agents, specifically with patent preparation experience in AI, 5G, Semiconductor, Software, Aerospace, and/or Medical Device technologies, to join our Patent Drafting team. This position is 100% remote within the US, flexible schedule, and full-time (1700+ hours per year).

Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare patent applications in the fields of in AI, 5G, Software, Aerospace, and/or Medical Device technologies.
Conduct thorough research on intellectual property law to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Collaborate with inventors and technical teams to gather necessary information and clarify technical details.
Review and edit patent documents for clarity and precision, utilizing strong writing and communication skills.
Stay updated on developments in patent law and industry trends to provide informed guidance.
Who you are:
You are currently doing patent preparation/prosecution work
You have 2+ years of recent patent preparation experience, specifically with in AI, 5G, Software, Aerospace, and/or Medical Device applications
You must reside in the United States
You have a technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent fields
You are USPTO registered
Former Examiner experience is a plus
You are open to learning and utilizing proprietary automation software
You can get going quickly with minimal training
You have a great eye for detail
