This is an on-site position and requires you to be in the office.

About the Position:
- Create and edit professional documents, spreadsheets and correspondence
- Assemble documents and meeting materials
- Read, organize and summarize incoming mail; prepare packages for mailing
- Make and answer telephone calls with professionalism following protocols
- Maintain, schedule and organize Outlook Calendars, Mail and Contacts
- Communicate with clients and other outside parties
- Support office operations; keep office spaces organized and tidy
- Organize electronic materials and maintain client files pursuant to systems and procedures
- Develop an understanding of clients and familiarity with their personal, legal and tax affairs
- Keep team members informed on a consistent basis of new or changing issues.
Skills & Background Required:
- Undergraduate or Associate degree with strong GPA required
- Ability to learn estate and trust principles
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate, compose documents and emails in fluent English with appropriate business style using correct grammar and spelling; proficiency in detailed proof-reading
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows PC systems and Adobe Acrobat
- Previous office support experience is a plus
