Legal Nurse Consultant Jobs in Rockville, MD at Gleason, Flynn, Emig & McAfee, Chartered
Assists attorneys in researching and analyzing pertinent law documents.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintains legal files and databases, schedules meetings, and coordinates correspondence.
May file pleadings and prepare affidavits.
May assist with discovery, investigating facts, researching and many other facets of law.
Conducts the initial interview with client to obtain information about legal problems.
Experience and Education:
Performs work under minimal supervision.
Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.
Typically requires an Associate’s degree, and 4 to 6 years of experience.
A bachelor’s degree may be preferred. May require a Paralegal Certificate.
