Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and provide opinions, memoranda, and strategic advice to management.
- Draft pleadings, contracts, agreements, and official correspondence with government agencies.
- Represent the company in meetings and coordinate with regulators, legal teams, and external partners.
- Review and monitor contracts to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
- Identify legal risks and ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law; Philippine Bar Exam passer.
- 4–5 years of corporate legal experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in contract negotiations and high-value agreements; litigation experience is an advantage.
Skills And Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Philippine laws and jurisprudence.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and legal drafting skills.
- Skilled in negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
