Job Summary: The Legal Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and support to the organization, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, managing litigation, and advising on legal rights and obligations.
Contracts: Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, deeds, and other agreements including Joint Development Agreements. Manage and oversee the execution of contracts and agreements, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
Land title due diligence: Independently handle title diligence requirements for various purposes ranging from residential to commercial real estate projects including liaising with external counsels.
