About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager to provide strategic legal support across our renewable energy and infrastructure businesses. This role will partner closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to manage legal risks, negotiate complex commercial agreements, support project development, and enable business growth.

Job Description :
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial and project agreements, including EPC, O&M, Supply, NDA, MOU, Shareholders' Agreements, and financing documents.
- Partner with all business units to provide strategic and practical legal advice that supports business objectives while effectively managing legal risks.
- Support renewable energy projects from development through commercial operation, including land-related matters, regulatory issues, and project documentation.
- Lead legal due diligence for investment and M&A transactions.
- Manage disputes, litigation, and external legal counsel.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and provide timely legal guidance to the organization.
- Support corporate governance matters and board-related legal documentation when required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law.
- At least 8 years of legal experience, preferably with an in-house legal team or a reputable law firm.
- Strong experience in commercial contracts, corporate law, construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, or project finance.
- Experience supporting EPC or infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills in both Thai and English.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance legal risks and commercial objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
