Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate legal and commercial matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Provide legal advice to business stakeholders
- Mitigate legal and commercial risks
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of legal experience
- Strong corporate/commercial contract experience
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Experience supporting infrastructure, construction, energy, or industrial businesses preferred
