This role will report to our Distribution Center in Taytay, Rizal.
What You'll Do:
- You will oversee and coordinate legal matters in the local jurisdiction
- You will be responsible for ensuring consistency in legal approach, managing local corporate compliance, legal and regulatory matters, and providing strategic legal support to the business
- You will draft and/or review agreements, policies, and contracts
- You will prepare corporate secretarial documents such as directors' and shareholders' resolutions, corporate approvals, and filings
- You will act as the point of contact for regulatory bodies and government agencies during inspections or inquiries
- You will support local teams in disputes, claims, and litigations
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law and qualified as a lawyer
- At least 5 years of work experience in corporate law gained in private practice or in-house legal roles
- Exposure to the retail industry is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High comfort in working independently, and managing regional stakeholders
