QUALIFICATIONS:

Law degree (Master’s) and/or professional legal qualification,

Min. 8-10 years of experience in a reputable law firm serving to multinationals and/ or a multinational company,

Experience in Automotive Industry would be a plus,

Excellent command of written and spoken legal French and English,

Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, fast in action but with detailed planning,

Strong communication skills, cross functional team worker,

Has knowledge and experience in the fields of commercial law and corporate law obligations law,

Solid knowledge of contract law and international trade law, particularly in relation to suppliers and OEMs.

Strong negotiation and communication skills in both French and English.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working within a multinational company or group structure is highly desirable.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Proficiency in MS Office applications,

Able to communicate in multi-cultural business environment,

Strong communication and negotiation skills,

Strong follow-up and organizational skills,

Ability to work with strict deadlines,

Ability to work in a dynamic office environment and within flexible working hours,

Have no obstacles to travel in and out of France.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead and manage the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts with suppliers, OEMs, and other third parties. Provide expert legal guidance on contractual matters and ensure compliance with French laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Manage and resolve disputes or issues arising during the contract lifecycle, including liaising with external legal advisors when necessary.

Research and analyze the legislation on complex issues and write briefs;

Conduct researches and assisting on draft legal opinions;

Anticipate and mitigate potential legal risks;

Coordinate external law firms;

Reporting to Group Legal Director.
