orWe are looking for a Legal Manager who, reporting directly to the K-Way Head of Legal, will support and manage contract drafting and negotiation, ensure compliance and risk management, and advise internal stakeholders on legal matters across various staff function
s.

Approximately >5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or a law firm specializing in commercial - law.Expertise in contract law, with proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreeme
- nts.Experience with agency, distribution, and/or commercial lease contracts is a p
- lus.Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essent
- ial.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environm

- itiesContract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts, including but not limited to agency, distribution, commercial lease agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, and
- NDAs.Commercial Law: Provide legal advice on various commercial law matters affecting the company's operations, including consumer law, e-commerce, and intellectual prop
- erty.Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries of new legal developments relevant to the busi
- ness.Litigation Support: Coordinate with external counsel on litigation matters, manage legal disputes, and assist in developing effective litigation strate
- gies.Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted legal point of reference to internal stakeholders across departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations), providing clear, actionable, and practical legal guid
- ance.Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate
them.
