Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead legal strategies for multiple business entities
Drive the achievement of ambitious legal goals
Resolve complex legal issues across various departments
Coordinate with clients, management, and department heads to address legal needs
Collaborate with external law firms on tenancy, sale, and purchase contracts
Review and analyze legal documents for purchases and acquisitions
Manage both internal and external legal resources
Draft and review agreements related to real estate transactions
Establish and maintain legal criteria for real estate acquisition targets
Research and analyze case law, legislation, and regulatory matters
Ensure effective drafting, review, and interpretation of legal documents
Contribute to projects, policies, and procedures alongside other team members
Stay current with UAE law updates and regulations
Provide expert advice on liability, legal exposure, and real estate investments
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic and English bilingual)
Strong interpersonal skills and resilient character
Ability to build credible, long-lasting partnerships
Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Bachelor’s degree with an internationally accredited postgraduate legal qualification or 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
